I’m writing a research paper on italian wine, specifically that of the Tuscany region. I’m having a lot of trouble finding scholarly research (books, .org, .gov, etc) as that is the only kind my professor will accept. can anyone tell me where i may find some proper research detailing the history, cultural importance, and economic importance of wine in Tuscany?
