I went to an Italian restaurant while I was vacationing last month. I had this wonderful salad with green olives and another type of olives which I am not familiar with. They weren’t black, but almost a purple color. They had a very rich taste which I likened to wine. They were so good and I want to buy them. Anyone know what these are?
