should of added the wine when mixing the eggs,was buzzed on molson ice,added it when i was adding the cheeses. 2 eggs,1 teaspoon mince garlic,3 spoons my rustic sauce,merlot wine,parmesan +pecorino romano cheese,pastene italian bread crumbs,3 1/2 lbs of hamburger,olive oil and garlic/pepper on the top of the meatballs after mixed and formed in oven for 350 for 40 min,roll over after 30 min
