Entry from: Florence, Italy Entry Title: “Gelato, Bruscetta, Gnocchi, Pizzia, WIne, and Cafe” Entry: “Omgosh!!! That is all I have to say about Florence, what an incredible city! Florence was the first stop of 2 during my 7 day vacation in Italy and boy was it amazzzzzzing! I arrived with my buddy Viet on Thursday night around 1am after flying into Pisa and having to bus to Florence and walk to our amazing hostel. Our hostel had a buffet in the morning, new sheets (thats a big one in hostels), private shower, desk and closet, bar/club, and steam and sauna rooms which were awesome. Meanwhile, a group of 16 kids who also went to Florence and Rome payed mess for their accommodations however, they slept in tents and had to deal with all the drama NO THANK YOU! The first morning we got up and began walking along the maze of streets that Florence is made of. The streets change names every 100 yrds and wind and twist quite a bit so it is very easy to get lost but we found out way to many of the spectacular scenes Florence has to offer! First we walked to one of the only free sights to see, a church with the painting of the annunciation which was quite spectacular to say the least!
